Big Foot In Santa Cruz Mountains?
FELTON, Calif.,- Deep in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains exists a place where a legend lives.
In parts of the world it is known as the Yeti, in others it’s Sasquatch, but just about everyone at some point or another has heard of Big Foot.
The question is, does Big Foot really exist in the Santa Cruz Mountains?
Perhaps one location that you can find the answers ist the Big Foot Discovery Project Museum located in Felton. Operator Michael Rug has devoted the past 50 years in researching the elusive creature. After having experienced a sighting as a child he says they can and do exist.
“We’ve had about four dozen reports come in, and I’m quite confident that some of those are bogus. Some people are seeing black bears and mistaking them for big foot, some people are not seeing anything at all, it’s there imagination getting carried away, and we’ve even had a few hoaxes pop up. To me that means we have a genuine subset of the big foot phenomenon right here in Santa Cruz,” says Rug.
When asked what he thinks of people who do not believe there is anything strange living the Santa Cruz Mountains, he says: “I say to people, try to put yourself in my shoes. You see something, it registers in your brain with your two eyes, and it says there is a large bi-pedal primate walking through the woods.”

Dear, friends when i was fishing with my dad i was around 9 to 10 years old in the back waters in calidonia MN, i was fishing on the shore of this man made small lake i was reeling my pole to cast out when my eyes happen to see this dirty bluesh thing just walking in the water going in the back wooded spot i never seen anything like this at the time in my life an of course my dad was fishing on the other side of the hill so i was the only on that saw this thing that froze me right there i could not move my heart was betting very fast could not even call for my dad witch was maybe 20 feet over the hill it seemed like for ever but i new what i saw seeing but couldnt speak an that same year my dad came across something but could not make it out it was snowing very heavy it was around x-miss time when he took me out there it was 12 feet long about a foot wide wonder if it was the same thing i saw when we went fishing the stride was very far apart but ill never went back in that fishing place ever again id only told this story to a few people they though i was crazy but ill never for get the feeling that i felt when i seen him an it was in the mid-day so i know it was no man with boots because it did not care how it was walking i just want to have someone to beleive me pleas but it is brobley not there any more but what if what if im wright
